Why isn't there a te::Edit::getAllOutputDevices method the same way there is a te::Edit::getAllInputDevices

There seems to be an asymmetry i the te::Edit APIs for getting the inputs vs getting the outputs. I can try making a PR, I'm just curious if there's maybe some reason for this.
