Wt do I do when i download the 2 files? I know i must put it in mods but when i run the game it takes so long

It says this "A potential solution has been determined:
- Replace mod 'Trainguy's Animation Overhaul' (animation_overhaul) ${version} and mod 'Trainguy's Animation Overhaul' (animation_overhaul) 2.0.0-alpha with mod 'Trainguy's Animation Overhaul' (animation_overhaul), any version.

In the read me it states that the mod is in heavy testing and is not in a playable state.
