This repository stores the analysis code used in the violin following study.
There are 3 sections:
- Amp_envs: A single Jupyter notebook that finds the data in the form of WAV files, reads them, calculates amplitude envelopes as times series and exports the data as .txt files
- GC: A folder for the MATLAB scripts used to pre-process the time series data, calculated Granger causality (including formatting it correctly and checking assumptions), and calculate windowed cross-correlation
- Stats/Scripts: A folder for R scripts that run the statistics and make plots
