Increase sharing JS across teams

I has been put in evidence during the Node JS conference that we could do better at sharing JS tools/libs that we use/develop:

  • Shared components in React.
  • Sentry being used in the Web team but we didn't know it could be useful for RT.
  • Possibly Transit-Redis being useful for other teams

I think we could have a quick talk and see if we can do something to improve the way we share knowledge among teams coding on JS.
