Setting up the project as a beginner requires a lot of additional searching outside of the setup instructions provided in the README, especially if using Windows.

Detailed Description

  • Add Windows/WSL specific setup instructions
  • Add additional details for mysql2 gem for Windows and macOS platforms
  • Clean up Markdown formatting

Context

  • More detailed instructions for setting up the project will speed up the process to onboard Chi Hack Night developers
