Add Fields for Real-Time Transit Tracking to the Database

The database being used right now does not support any real-time tracking of any vehicles. One feature that needs to be completed is adding these fields so that development in this area can go forward. The current data base uses SQLite during the development and testing cycle and it uses MySQL on release.
