No scroll bars in the dialog anymore

Currently the dialog just grows until all the text fits and its size cannot be reduced by the user below that limit. However, when docking, the size can be reduced that some text doesn't fit (to the right). A scroll bar should then be shown at the bottom to keep that text accessible.

Scroll bars are now shown when the contents of the dialog necessitate it.
