Problem with Overwrite function in Import Network Package

When importing a network package, I selected OVERWRITE for function conflict handling. I checked Modeller afterwards and found that an important ttf function had not been overwritten. Unzipping the .nwp file confirmed that the function had been exported correctly. I'm unsure if this is a Toolbox, XTMF or Emme issue.
