Network stack issue on Samsung Galaxy M14 5G ( Exynos 1330 )

Current Behavior:

  1. Baseband version info & sim cards are not getting detected in the initial boot.
    Here is the radio log
  2. Baseband version info & sim cards are able to get detected from the second boot only.
    Here is the radio log
  3. GSM ( incoming and outgoing calls are not working ).
    Here is the GSM call log
  4. SMS ( unable to send and receive either ).
  5. While making calls, dialer was very laggy to enter mobile number and even phone app keeps stopping.

Describe the bug

  1. Device is running on latest stock android 13 firmware.
  2. Installed android_14.0.0_r27 ci-20240226
  3. Ultimately everything is working fine. but as i mentioned above Network stack was not working.

To Reproduce

  1. Open Dialer and Dial to a number. result will be ( Call ended ).
  2. Open Message app and send SMS to a number. result will be (Can't send message with "Network name" ,error 0)

Expected behavior

  1. Network stack should work.
