Network stack issue on Samsung Galaxy M14 5G ( Exynos 1330 )

Current Behavior:
- Baseband version info & sim cards are not getting detected in the initial boot.
Here is the radio log - Baseband version info & sim cards are able to get detected from the second boot only.
Here is the radio log - GSM ( incoming and outgoing calls are not working ).
Here is the GSM call log - SMS ( unable to send and receive either ).
- While making calls, dialer was very laggy to enter mobile number and even phone app keeps stopping.
Describe the bug
- Device is running on latest stock android 13 firmware.
- Installed android_14.0.0_r27 ci-20240226
- Ultimately everything is working fine. but as i mentioned above Network stack was not working.
To Reproduce
- Open Dialer and Dial to a number. result will be ( Call ended ).
- Open Message app and send SMS to a number. result will be (Can't send message with "Network name" ,error 0)
Expected behavior
- Network stack should work.
