apol: canceling doesn't end infoflow and DTA processing

If the analysis is building the graphs or the path generators are taking a long time to yield results, hitting the cancel on the status dialog will close the busy dialog and return control to the main window. However, the processing thread will still be executing in the background until it completes or hits one of the termination request checks.
