Wrong name in file/folder creation in MAIN partition

Ive tried to create a folder under MAIN partition but it gave me chinese characters, for the moment it only works moving/copying files from outside.

EDIT: It happens on Windows 10 and 11.

Yep, I just experienced this too.

We could somewhat mitigate it by having roms/* folders for all of the platforms that it supports. I hit the bug when creating a roms/snes folder.
