Remove the `simulation` folder and code

The simulation code was originally introduced to aid in the design of Tribler/bami and potentially aid other projects.
The bami project has its own simulator that does not use the originally-intended code in this repository. Furthermore, I know of no projects that do use the code. This makes the code dead and target for removal.
As an aside: the documentation examples contain emojis 😞
