Update Maven artifact

Closed this issue · 6 comments

Hi,

I couldn't help but notice that you have made some changes that are not included in the Maven artifact. I would really appreciate it if you could update the artifact with your latest changes.

Thanks a lot.

Can you please explain what exactly does not work for you, so I'll be sure I address the issue correctly? Thanks.

I am having trouble extracting the value of a variable when I use it in a lambda function. Using the value directly, say, a String, works fine. But as soon as I put that String in a variable and then use that variable in my lambda expression, I can't seem to retrieve the value.

@CollinAlpert, can you please include a small test case that works on the code from git, but fails on official maven artifact? As far I know the current official artifact (2.1.2) includes all the changes.

I am running Java 10. It doesn't work with Java 9 either. Here's my code:

public interface SqlPredicate<T> extends Predicate<T>, Serializable {
}

public class Hobby {
        private String code;
	private String description;

	public String getCode() {
		return code;
	}

	public void setCode(String code) {
		this.code = code;
	}

	public String getDescription() {
		return description;
	}

	public void setDescription(String description) {
		this.description = description;
	}
}

Now if I run this:

@Test
void test() {
	String code = "KB";
	LambdaExpression<SqlPredicate<Hobby>> hobbyLambda = LambdaExpression.parse(h -> h.getCode() == code);
	System.out.println(hobbyLambda.getBody());
}

It results in this:

The issue occured because of an old ASM library version. The version updated and a new JaQue version released [2.1.3].

Thank you, it works now!
