SSH settings only support OpenSSH

At the moment, I don't have Dropbear support implemented in this script. I'll be working on it; in the meantime I recommend using OpenSSH if SSH hardening is a must. This can be changed with:
sudo dietpi-software

As of v0.2 Dropbear support has been added to this project. Therefore, it is no longer needed to use OpenSSH.
