Email Notification is not working i guess

i have subscribed for india consulates, but i am not getting any notifications
Can you please check whether below email id's are added or not

First, there is a known issue with the current email server. Since its located in China, it has a severe connection issue to gmail. For now, it only works with qq/163 or other email suffixes that based on mainland China.
Second, the India consulates don't show the earliest date in CGI portal. It's impossible with this solution to get the date by using free accounts.

No. BTW, previously the India portal had shown the earliest date. At some point, it hid the info.
