SRV ignores weight and priority

Weight and Priority aren't being added to SRV records.

Is this change blocked for some reason? https://github.com/joyent/triton-cns/blob/master/docs/metadata.md mentions priority and weight for SRV records.
Can be confusing to troubleshoot this (took me some time to discover this issue).
Best would be to remove priority and weight from the metadata doc until this is implemented.
