The revision history in about page

  • contains a dead link for Trivadis db* CODECOP. Point it to the GitHub page(s), e.g. the CLI on https://github.com/Trivadis/plsql-cop-cli
  • claims that Kim is still working for Trivadis and maintaining these guidelines. Update history.
