Use peerDependencies instead of locking dependencies in gluestic

• remove loades and some babel dependencies from dependencies, move them to devDepenencies and mark them as peerDepencency in package.json of every package
• add peerDepencencies to package template in gluestick-generators
• check if auto-upgrade need an update
