TM arrows does not render properly on TM Crossbows

Loading a TM arrow onto a TM Crossbow causes the Arrow to be misrendered.
How to recreate:
Step 1: Create a TM Crossbow and some custom arrows.
Step 2: Reload the TM Crossbow with TM custom arrows.
Step 3: Observe the arrpw on the crossbow sprite.
Expected Behavior:
The arrow should be visible on top of the shaft of the crossbow.
