[1.12] Freeze during world gen when JER and Locks are present.

Game freezes every time during world gen when there are AoA, Locks and JustEnoughResources mods installed. Removing any of them removes bug, so for example AoA + JER works and AoA + Locks works but all three together not, also JER + Locks without AoA works.

JustEnoughItems without JER always works well.

Crash-reports always says it's Ticking player error.
