[BUG] Chart X-Axis shows incorrect value between 00:00 and 01:00

Environment: production
URL: charts.aggr.trade
Browser: Chrome, Firefox

Time labels of chart's X-axis is showing 24:xx when time is over midnight. It should show 0:xx as per the crosshair label (see screenshot)
