[BUG] Browser freezes when IndicatorModal calls canvas.toDataUrl

The indicator previews have been disabled because the browser was freezing when calling canvas.toDataUrl, but previews are still a thing in the indicatorLibraryDialog (need to fix it or remove the feature altogether)
