I'd love to see either a buff frame & a debuff frame, or (more preferable)
have cells within bars configurable to display specific buffs or debuffs,
or (most preferable) have cells with specific spells assigned them give
some sort of visual queue when a specific buff or de-buff becomes active.
I'm a mage and I'm looking for something to give me a visual queue when my
arcane barrage buff comes up so I know when to cast my arcane missiles. Thanks!

This does not sound like a bad idea, but its also something I don't see
belonging in
Dominos, which is meant to just replace the main action bar.
