Some tips about custom JS, CSS

and what exactly is a Project ID?
Project ID is used when connecting to a cloud variable server and storing local cloud variables. It can contain more than just numbers.

project ID is used for connecting to cloud variables and storing local cloud variables. Different projects packaged with the same ID will share cloud variables. I think the current explanation is clear enough

Custom JS and CSS are intentionally largely undocumented as they aren't a feature we officially intend to provide support for

So I can hook on someone else's project cloud data?

You can just put the project ID of the project there. Just the numbers.
