Packaged Project Crashed

My project isn't big, only about 5 MB.
It works fine in the editor but once I packaged it as .html or electron application, it crashed with the following messages.

The issue has been resolved. I forgot to remove a block which keep adding new items to a list that have already been abandoned, thus millions of items accummulate in the list and caused the issue.😅😅

The packager works fine after I delete that list.
