Vectorator/cmd closes on its own randomly

itl run for a bit then itl randomly close then i have to re-open it. unless i did something wrong? also i got this popping up in the cmd box that constantly repeats itself

not sure what any of that means or how to fix it

also if you dont mind, can you provide me the steps to edit his Volume level. its kinda hard to hear him sometimes.
