Add TweakScaleCompanion_FuelSwitches into the TweakScaleCompanions's ÜberPaket

TweakScaleCompanion_FuelSwitches works only with TweakScale 2.5.0.50 and newer, so it can't be published until 2.5 is mainstream.
Ideally, they should be published at the same time as any support for external add'ons were completely ripped of from TweakScale codebase.
