[BUG] Notifications Window is Blank, and no option to configure polling time

Describe the bug
When going into notifications to configure notification sounds, I get a blank page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install app
2. Add accounts (I added two Twitter accounts)
3. Go into settings
4. Go into notifications
5. You get a blank page

There is also no setting to adjust the polling of new updates in any of the settings sections (perhaps its inside the notifications page, but that's blank as detailed above)

Expected behavior
Able to configure notification and poll timings
