When pasting https://www.overleaf.com/learn/how-to/What_packages_do_you_support%3F into the link field, it reformats it to https://www.overleaf.com/learn/how-to/What_packages_do_you_support?. This is probably autofill servers' fault though.

also, stop removal of stuff after the # in a link.
