Searching For A Maintainer

Hi,
I think we need a maintainer to update the plugin as stated in Pull Request and add it to the Octoprint Repo which will make this plugin more accessible to other users. This plugin is not working in its current form and because the owner (Tyfy) seems to have abandoned it, he doesn't update the plugin either. Tapo smart plugs are very popular (It is #1 selling smart plug on Amazon) as they are very cheap and easy to use plugs and I am sure that integration of this plugin would help others too considering it is very popular. People can still use the plugin using Pull Request tho but it is a hard and not a sustainable fix to this issue. It would be great if there was a volunteer to take care of this plugin. He can easily create a fork modify the code as in Pull request and then add it to the repo using this guide. Thanks
