'Minimal' theme template broken?

When I try to use the 'Minimal' template, it breaks everything (next fig)
It's not doing that with the 'Default' template :/
Does the same when I merge 'Default' and 'Minimal' template files
Am I doing something wrong or the 'Minimal' template is really broken ?
