when i run the command "php artisan typicms:install"
I have changed the MySQL version to 5.7 or 8，But it didn't work

Can you try with the latest version of MySQL ? Also MariaDB could have some problems with TypiCMS.

run your project on MySQL version 8
or try with Laragon server
