Priority labels for project management

Recommendation: labels indicating priority (e.g., p1, p2, p3)

Motivation (REQUIRED)
To enable better project management, labels should be use that indicate priority. This helps in milestone planning and prioritization of work

Proposal (REQUIRED)

1. Create priority labels with set color scheme for all ReDATA repositories.
2. For bug reports, highest priority (p1) label should be used

Testing notes (Optional)

1. Will need to check that bug report issues include the p1 label
