We need:

Dictionary to translate between SAS and HIVpy labels
Additional SAS outputs
(Optional) Hide some of the SAS specific differences from normal post processing (e.g. refactor out the SAS loading differences)

For context: the post processing on SAS files alone will not recognise the HIVpy column names. It would be better for users to have a unified interface so they don't have to learn two sets of names for things.
