"Register New User" and "Recover Password" buttons not working

• When a user clicks on "Register New User" - it is directing the user to Bisque Home Page instead of the registration form.
• When a user clicks on "Recover Password" - it is directing the user to https://bisque2.ece.ucsb.edu/auth_service/login instead of Forgot Password Page
