Estimation corrections for non-uniform sampling of alternatives

Great package Sam!
I am using this package for some destination choice modeling, and so far have not figured out how I can correct the utility function in the code for using importance sampling, i.e. is there a way you can fix the coefficient of a variable to 1 in the code so the correction term can be added to the utilities?
