Missing dependencies on custom card automatic github download

Describe the bug
Some custom cards use some dependencies folder 'languages' like custom_card_irmajavi_speedtest
When the integration is configured to automatically download custom card. the process don't take care about those folder
Expected behavior
Download dependencies

i've .... found the code which process those stuff (download from github )
It's look like ... French doesn't exist for this custom card ...
So it may be just cool to alert user then some strange stuff like this happend ... of maybe always take a default language (english)
