Standardise spacing between text blocks in the two map pages

we would like to apply a standard spacing rule to blocks of text under both map pages as follows:
The design in this images uses two blocks of 50px on top and bottom, and 25px in the middle. Feel free to adapt this to whatever system is currently in use, just applying same proportions.
