- Rename the main navigation title from 'Interactive map' to 'UK interactive maps'
- Rename main title for cases map from 'Interactive maps of cases' to 'UK interactive maps: cases'
- Rename main title for vaccination from 'Interactive map of vaccinations' to 'UK interactive maps: vaccinations'
