Back button seems broken on Whats New page

Describe the bug
Going to the Whats New page and then pressing Back in the browser doesnt work as expected

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to the home page
  2. Click on 'More' in the Data Issue banner
  3. Press back
  4. It doesnt go back. Multiple presses (3 or 4) appears to work

Expected behaviour
To go back to the previous page
