During registration, the configuration data (such as Timezone, Pug-in IP, name of organization e.t.c) should be entered to Nfsen configuration file (e.g. /etc/nfsen.conf) under Plug-In part. The format of this input should be identified in documentation.

Registration information is kept in etc/nfsen.conf. We don' t need timezone information to unix timestamp send to queryserver.
