LICENCE with minpack.f90 and LIMA

With the inclusion of LIMA in PHYEX, minpack.f90 is introduced (726e04c). This routine is attached with a LICENCE in MesoNH pack
LICENCE.txt
. Is this LICENCE compatible with PHYEX's and how to distribute minpack within PHYEX folder ? (in micro ?)

Solved by adding LICENCE e5eebf6

Need to either :

  • replace minpack code by home-made code + remove LICENCE
  • mv LICENCE into sub-folder within micro/minpack/
  • mv LICENCE to LICENCE_minpack within PHYEX/.
