Implement Favourites page in me module

Issue description

User needs to have a place to view the things that they have liked.
This is to be the "favourites" page which is part of the "me" module

Describe a solution to the described task and any alternatives considered.

Implement favourites page.

Sorting by time added is possible (newest/oldest)

Should ideally add zero state if possible

Include any screenshots if relevant
