Include Elims and Finals problem stuff for 2020

Unlike previous years, 2020 has two problem sets: Elims and Finals. Please modify the "Problems" page to include links to both of them (problems, solution doc, solutions zip, etc.)
The elims problem set can just be a link to the corresponding Codeforces contest. Everything else can be served.
Actually, 2021 onwards ay probably may Elims and Finals rin, so pati 2021 pala.

Building's done we just need the furniture (i.e. can i have the elims probsets for both 2020 and 2021 thanks)
By the way, there are no elims+finals for 2019 and below; they are all just one round. Can you redesign the page to make it clear, and accommodate both formats?
One possibility is to use the previous design, but add "2015", "2016", ..., "2019", "2020 Elims", "2020 Finals", "2021 Elims", etc. as the labels.
You could come up with something better.
