Fix wrong links

  • I found a link in the Mechanics page (registration) that points to 2020, not 2021. Fix that, and also possibly other links.
  • Clicking on the picture of a 2020 winner takes me to codeforces.com. Why? Should there be individual links for these?

Anyway, there may just be one or two broken links.

Removed previous winners' codeforces link, made them <div>s instead.

Realized that i forgot to put in https:// before the bitly link

Fixed that now
