Clicking "Finish" after a session has ended directs users to the dashboard instead of the feedback form

When User1 (student or volunteer) ends a session, they're directed to the session feedback form
As expected, this causes User2's session header to turn grey and display the "Finish" button
Unexpected: Clicking this button directs User2 to the dashboard instead of to the session feedback form
