Volunteer scheduling page doesn't work on mobile

When accessing the volunteer calendar view on a mobile device, it's possible to select & deselect schedule blocks, but it's not possible to scroll horizontally to see all the days and times.
On top of this basic usability issue, the mobile page doesn't look great. Some simple CSS changes could improve the UI a lot.
