Socket connection issues

Should tell users if their internet connection is having issues

Also, we should make sure automatic reconnect attempts are set up properly

Keep in mind, we're using a Websocket route for the whiteboard (via zwibbler) and socket.io for everything else in the session. Users have reported issues with both (chat and / or whiteboard "stop working").
