static vignettes for complex workflows?

Some of the EPATADA vignettes, particularly those that involve large geospatial data pulls or other complex functions take too long to build and intermittently fail checks. The data sets (particularly the geospatial ones from ATTAINS) are large enough that I don't think adding them as example data sets to the package is a viable soluiton. There are some options to create "static" vignettes or "articles" that might be useful workaround. I don't know much about these options yet, so will need to look into it more.
