Cannot adjust LID Subcatchment occupied

I have tested all of the LID - bio-retention, rain garden, green roof, infiltration trench, permeable pavement, rain barrel, roof top disconnection, and vegetative swale. You cannot adjust the % of subcatchment occupied directly but it will calculate the % in the above box. This is consistent with the current Delphi version of SWMM so I will close this issue.
